Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup quick cooking oats
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 cup Splenda
1/4 cup Specialty Items Sugar Free Breakfast Syrup
1/3 cup olive oil
1/2 cup skim milk
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Sift flour, soda cinnamon and Splenda.

  2. Stir in oats.

  3. Combine egg whites, oil, milk, vanilla and raisins and add flour mixture. Mix well.

  4. Drop batter on lightly oiled cookie sheet.

  5. Bake in a preheated 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
