Sugar Free Oatmeal raisin cookies made with Splenda. Makes 24 cookies. Doesn't really resemble a regular oatmeal cookie. Rather doughy but hey. for sugar free, they are editable.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup raisins
4 egg whites
2/3 cup light margarine
1/2 cup skim milk
1 tsp vanilla

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Grease cookie sheet.

  3. Mix 2/3 cup Lite Margarine, 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup skim milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

  4. Add oats and 1 Cup of Splenda (Not listed in ingredients because this site is whack and saying it is 960 cals), flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder to the margarine mixture.

  5. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet 1-2 inches apart.

  6. Bake 10-15 minutes.
