Took a recipe from here and replaced sugar with splenda. Add 1/4 cup splenda to recipe, not many extra calories, but the analyzer doesn't recognize it properly.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free, Low Fat Banana Muffins

1 cup flour
1 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 dash Salt
1 cup Banana (mashed)
1/4 cup applesauce
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free, Low Fat Banana Muffins

  1. Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.

  2. Mix banana, egg, applesauce and splenda in a seperate bowl.

  3. Mix two together just until mixed.

  4. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or so.

  5. Keep in bag or airtight container for best results.
