2 1/4 cups skim milk
4 tablespoons Splenda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1 egg white
1 banana (small)
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon all purpose flour

Recipe Directions for Sugar-free Low-fat Banana Pudding

  1. Pour milk into saucepan and whip the egg and egg white into the milk.

  2. Stir in corn starch and flour until dissolved.

  3. Stir in Splenda

  4. Cut banana into small pieces and stir into mixture.

  5. Cook over medium heat until thickened.

  6. Stir constantly.
