I guilt-free frozen treat, especially great for summer!

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free Lemon Sorbet

1 cup Splenda No-Calorie Sweetener
1 cup water
1 cup lemon juice (fresh or bottled)
2 teaspoons lemon zest

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free Lemon Sorbet

  1. Completely dissolve Splenda in water, then mix in lemon juice and zest.

  2. Pour the mixture into a shallow pan and freeze until semi-solid, then fluff with a fork, then return to the freezer until frozen solid.

  3. Remove from freezer and let sit for 5 minutes, then put in a food-processor or blender to process until smooth.

  4. Place sorbet in an airtight container and freeze until ready to serve.

  5. Scoop out with ice cream scoop or melon baller, and garnish with mint leaves or lemon zest and enjoy a guilt-free treat!

  6. Makes 5 half-cup servings.
