Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Lemon Curd

2 large Egg, Whole
12 teaspoon Granules
1 fruit without seeds Lemons
2 oz Fromage Frais

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Lemon Curd

  1. Mix eggs, sweetener, lemon rind and juice in a bowl

  2. Place bowl over JUST boiling water and continuously stir until mixture thickens

  3. Allow to cool a little then whisk in FFFF

  4. Keeps refridgerated for about 5 days.
