Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-Free Fudge

1 1/2 cups, evaporated milk, fat free
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup butter substitute
1/2 cup splenda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Sugar-Free Fudge

  1. Combine milk and cocoa in saucepan. Beat well.

  2. Add oleo, sweetener and salt.

  3. Bring to boil. Remove from heat.

  4. Stir in remaining ingredients except 1/4 cup graham crackers.

  5. Cool about 15 minutes.

  6. Divide mixture into 32 balls.

  7. Roll in remaining cracker crumbs and chill.
