Lower carb brownies made with splenda, ground nuts, and coconut with just a little flour. If you don't have ground almonds, you can use a blender or food processor to make them.

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar-free Coconut Almond Brownies

1/2 cup self-raising flour
1 cup Splenda
1 oz coconut (Desiccated), Not Sweetened (oz)
1 cup ground almonds
2 sticks butter
4 Baking Chocolate Unsweetened Squares
1 tsp vanilla essence
4 eggs

Recipe Directions for Sugar-free Coconut Almond Brownies

  1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into a rectangular pan.

  2. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes.

  3. Cut into very small squares.
