2/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup flaxseed
1/4 cup almonds
1 tablespoon pecans
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 cup bananas, mashed
1/3 cup splenda no calorie
1/2 cup applesauce
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon imitation vanilla extract, no alcohol
