A lighter version of banana bread

Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Banana Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 medium bananas
1 egg
1/3 cup canola oil
1/2 cup orange juice

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Banana Bread

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. Combine the dry ingredients; stir to blend

  3. Mash bananas

  4. Add the bananas and the rest of ingredients to flour mixture and mix well

  5. Pour into a greased loaf pan

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean

  7. Cool on a wire rack
