Recipe Ingredients for Sugar Free Apple Pie

7 small (2-3/4" dia) Apples
4 oz Apple Juice, Frozen Concentrate, Unsweetened, Undiluted
1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
0.5 tsp Nutmeg, Ground
0.5 oz Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 package Pizza Crust All Ready

Recipe Directions for Sugar Free Apple Pie

  1. Peel, core and slice the apples in 1/4 inch slices.

  2. Mix apples with undiluted apple juice, flour, and spices in a bowl until evenly coated.

  3. Pour into crust and bake at 425 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
