Recipe Ingredients for Suet Dumplings

4 oz Flour Wholemeal Self Raising
2 oz Suet
9 tsp Sour Cream

Recipe Directions for Suet Dumplings

  1. Sift the flour and seasoning.

  2. Mix in the suet, herbs, soured cream and tbsps of water to make a firm dough. Form into small dumplings.

  3. Add to the goulash 15 miins before the end.
