Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Weetabix Loaf yummy

105 g Weetabix (3 biscuits)
40 g raisins
1 cup semi-skimmed milk
1 cup Self Raising Flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tsp mixed spice

Recipe Directions for Sue's Weetabix Loaf yummy

  1. Mix together weetabix, dates, sugar, and milk in large bowl and leave overnight.

  2. Preheat oven to 180C/Gas 4.

  3. Add flour, beaten egg and mixed spice, and mix together.

  4. Turn into lined 2lb loaf tin.

  5. Cook in preheated oven for about an hour, until skewer comes out clean.

  6. Cool on wire rack.

  7. Serve cold.
