Low sodium, low sugar fresh salsa.

Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Salsa

2 large tomatoes
2 poblano peppers
2 small onions
2 cloves garlic
8 T cilantro
2 T lime juice

Recipe Directions for Sue's Salsa

  1. Chop tomatoes & onions

  2. Dice peppers, garlic & cilantro

  3. Mix all ingredients with lime juice

  4. Season to taste. I use "No-Salt" salt substitute and a little Stevia.

  5. *Mix in blender if you prefer a less chunky salsa.

  6. Good for dip & salad dressing.
