Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Oven Roasted Whole Parsnips with cumin yummy

1/2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
250 g parsnips (4 parsnips)
1 tsp cumin

Recipe Directions for Sue's Oven Roasted Whole Parsnips with cumin yummy

  1. Rub oil and cumin over vegetables and place in large piece of aluminium foil.

  2. Wrap loosely so it is sealed.

  3. Cook in hot oven at 200C for 30-40 mins.

  4. When cool enough to touch, chop off top and tail. Serve as part of a main meal.
