Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Oat and Raisin Biscuits yummy

180 g butter
125 g brown sugar (one cup)
2 medium eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
125 g wholemeal self raising flour
3/4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Sue's Oat and Raisin Biscuits yummy

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Cream butter and sugar.

  3. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.

  4. Stir in vanilla.

  5. Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon and stir in to mixture.

  6. Chop oats in food processor.

  7. Mix oats and raisins into mixture.

  8. Spoon drops onto trays, making 48 blobs.

  9. Bake at 180C for 12-15 mins until lightly browned.
