Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Meatloaf

2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lbs. italian sausage
1 cup Panko bread crumbs
8 oz. tomato sauce
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1/2 c. parmesan cheese
3 T. parsley

Recipe Directions for Sue's Meatloaf

Mix all ingredients seasoning to taste. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350 or until thermometer reads 165 or more.
