Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Homemade Potato Soup

7 potatoes
1/2 cup celery
2 cups Silk Milk (original)

Recipe Directions for Sue's Homemade Potato Soup

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into large chunks.

  2. Cut celery into small pieces.

  3. Boil both in water just barely enough to cover.

  4. when potatoes are soft enough to stick a fork through them, take a potato masher and mash them into smaller pieces.

  5. Add milk. Stir and return to boil just long enough to heat milk.

  6. Add salt to taste.
