Recipe Ingredients for Sue's granola bars

1 2/3 cup quick oats
1/3 cup oat flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon mace
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup sliced almonds
3/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup chopped date
1 tablespoon flax seeds
1 tablespoon brewer's yeast
2 tablespoons molasses
1/4 cup honey
1 tablespoon water
3 tablespoons melted butter
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe Directions for Sue's granola bars

  1. Mix together dry ingredients

  2. In another bowl mix together the wet ingredients

  3. Then add the wet to the dry ingredients

  4. Spread into a 8 x 8 pan that is lined and lightly greased

  5. Bake 350 for 30 minutes
