Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Fresh Guacamole yummy

2 avocados
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 small tomato
1 small onion
2 tbsp fresh coriander
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 tsp salt

Recipe Directions for Sue's Fresh Guacamole yummy

  1. Peel and deseed avocado and mash in a bowl with lemon juice using a fork to get a lumpy mix.

  2. Put roughly chopped tomato, onion, coriander/cilantro and jalapenos in a food processor or blender and blend until finely chopped. However, hand chopping produces a better textured, interesting mixture though it takes time.

  3. Stir blended mix and salt into mashed avocado and spoon into serving dish. Cover surface with plastic wrap/clingfilm to prevent browning.

  4. You can make ahead and chill in fridge for up to 12 hours.
