Grilled steak strips rolled up in a a savory tortilla with onions, steamed asparagus, and a dilly cucumber dressing

Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Fancy Lo-Cal Gyros

3 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
2 tbsp Dressing Low Fat Cucumber
1/4 cup Fat Free Plain
2 serving La Tortilla Garlic and Herb Tortilla
4 tbsp chopped Onions
4 spears asparagus
1/4 t. dill

Recipe Directions for Sue's Fancy Lo-Cal Gyros

  1. Grill 3 oz of lean top sirloin (I used my George Foreman grill). Meanwhile steam the asparagus spears for 3-4 minutes until crisp/tender. Roll half the meat, asparagus, and onion in a warmed and softened tortilla. Top with dressing and enjoy!

  2. Dressing: Blend Cucumber dressing, plain yogurt, and dill seasoning (I used Pampered Chef Dill Mix) to taste.
