Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Coriander and Chives Yoghurt Dip yummy

75 g natural low fat yogurt
2 tbsp chives, finely chopped
1 tbsp fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
1/10 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder (or 1/2 minced garlic clove)

Recipe Directions for Sue's Coriander and Chives Yoghurt Dip yummy

  1. Chop chives and coriander.

  2. Mix into yoghurt.

  3. Add salt and garlic powder.

  4. Chill in fridge overnight to deepen flavour.

  5. Pack for lunchbox with sticks of raw carrot, celery or bell pepper, or tortilla chips.
