Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Chili

16 oz Laura's 96% Lean Ground Round
2 medium stalk, raw Celery
0.75 cup Onions
1/2 cup slices Carrots
1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1.2 cup Beans, Kidney, All Types, Mature Seeds, Canned
0.33 cup Lentils, Mature Seeds
2 cup Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1 cup Tomato Products
12 oz V8 100% Vegetable Juice
4 cloves, raw Garlic
1/4 tsp Oregano Leaves
0.13 tsp Spices Ground Turmeric
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
0.75 tsp Chili Powder
0.5 tsp Paprika
0.25 serving Ground Cumin Spice

Recipe Directions for Sue's Chili

Saute vegs,garlic. Add meat cook until browned. Add all other ingredients and cook down until thick. Add water if it gets too thick before all flavors mingle.
