Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Cafe Latte with 1% skimmed milk yummy

270 ml 1% skimmed milk
125 ml coffee

Recipe Directions for Sue's Cafe Latte with 1% skimmed milk yummy

  1. Add 1 scoop or 1 tablespoon of ground coffee per person to traditional Italian aluminium coffee pot (eg Bialette moka express pot), add water and put on oven hob to boil.

  2. Heat up 270ml skimmed milk per person in a saucepan until hot to the touch, but not boiling.

  3. As soon as the coffee is brewed, remove from heat.

  4. Pour coffee into mug. Add hot milk. Yummy!
