Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Bramley Apple Crumble (shallow flan size) yummy

350 g bramley cooking apples
100 g wholemeal flour
80 g oats
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground cloves
60 g Flora original margarine

Recipe Directions for Sue's Bramley Apple Crumble (shallow flan size) yummy

  1. Rub in flour, margarine and oats until you have crumbs. Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon and mix in.

  2. Core and cut apples into thick slices and lay in flan dish, press apples down with hand.

  3. Sprinkle 1 tsp cinnamon and .25 ts cloves over apples.

  4. Pour crumble mix over apples and press down with spoon.

  5. Bake at 180C for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown.

  6. Serve with natural yoghurt, vanilla low fat yoghurt, or creme fraiche according to taste.
