Recipe Ingredients for Sue's Apple Blackberry Crumble yummy

270 g cooking apple
150 g blackberries
140 g wholemeal self raising flour
70 g flora original margarine

Recipe Directions for Sue's Apple Blackberry Crumble yummy

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.

  2. Put cored, sliced and diced apple and blackberries in a saucepan with a tablespoon of water and heat for a few minutes, until juice starts to come out.

  3. Pour fruit into heatproof baking dish of appropriate size.

  4. Put margarine in a saucepan and heat gently until melted, stirring with a wooden spoon.

  5. Add flour and mix, stirring to a rough crumble of uneven size pieces.

  6. Pour over fruit.

  7. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

  8. Serve hot with vanilla yoghurt.
