Recipe Ingredients for Succulent Succotash

1/2 c water
1/2 c fresh or frozen baby lima beans
1/2 c fresh or frozen corn
1 salt
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for Succulent Succotash

  1. In a medium saucepan, quickly bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add the beans and return the mixture to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the saucepan and cook for 15 minutes.

  2. Add the corn and cover the saucepan. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender. Stir in the salt and pepper to taste.

  3. Server immediately.
