454 g frozen green beans
227 g frozen carrots
1/4 c corn
1 green bell pepper
1 c chickpea
2 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for succotash / salad

pretty basic, chop ingredients to roughly the same size, defrost as needed, chill and marinade 2 hours before serving, stirring to keep even coat of dressing.
