Recipe Ingredients for Succotash

1 cup edamame
1 cup corn
1/2 cup diced onion
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Succotash

Steam edamame, put in ice water bowl to stop cooking. Add corn to a pan and slightly brown. Saute with onions and 1 tbsp oil. Combine the rest of the ingredients and pour over mixture. Let cool
