1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup frozen lima beans
2 tbs. onion, sliced
1 tbs. red pepper, minced
1 tbs. butter

Recipe Directions for Succatash

Place peas, corn, and lima beans with sliced onion and minced red pepper in covered glass casserole. microwave on high for 5 minutes. Stir and microwave again for 3 minutes
