Recipe Ingredients for Succatash

30 ounce diced tomatoes
10 ounce crushed tomatoes
24 ounce okra
1 (l cup) Onion
16 ounce of corn
1/2 teaspoon Olive oil
6 ounces Vegetable stock

Recipe Directions for Succatash

  1. In medium pot sauté onion with olive oil.

  2. Add tomatoes and corn, vegetable stock, bring to low simmer. Add okra, bring back to simmer.

  3. salt and pepper to taste, add hot sauce for spice

  4. **used low sodium canned tomatoes or substitute any canned vegetable with fresh vegetable-or add other Vegetables
