Recipe Ingredients for sub roll pizza

1 roll Wheat Sub Rolls
2 slice (1 oz) Mozzarella, Part Skim Milk, Low Moisture Cheese
1 plum tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.25 medium Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for sub roll pizza

  1. cut sub roll in half lengthwise.

  2. Divide shredded mozzarella between halves.

  3. Chop peppers, tomato and green onion. Divide evenly between sub roll halves. Top with parmesan cheese, dividing evenly between halves.

  4. Bake in 400 degree oven directly on rack for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Either 1 large or 2 medium servings.
