2 1/2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, All Varieties
3 1/2 cup Spinach
5 leaves Basil, Fresh
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Suash and Zucchini for Pasta

  1. saute the vegetable mixture

  2. add the diced tomatoes and basil

  3. stir

  4. let simmer for 5 minutes
