Stuffing from prepared, dried crumbs

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffing (from dry crumbs)

10 oz dry seasoned bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 med. apple, chopped
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
3 T. oil

Recipe Directions for Stuffing (from dry crumbs)

  1. Combine bread crumbs with broth in large bowl.

  2. Prepare veggies.

  3. Combine all. If dry, add a bit more water.

  4. Bake, covered, 350 or 375 for 30-45 mintues.

  5. Can also cover w/ chick breast to bake or stuff in turkey.
