Easy to make low in fat full of flavor

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffing/Dressing

8 cups bread (cubed)
2 stalks of celery chopped
1 small onion chopped
2 carrots chopped
2 cups low sodium beef broth
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 cup of water

Recipe Directions for Stuffing/Dressing

  1. cut up bread into cubes and dry out(overnight or in a low temperature oven)

  2. Suatee chopped onion, celery, and carrot in olive oil just til vegetable start to soften. Add the beef broth and poulty seasoning. Let this mixture cool down and pour onto the bread crumbs. May need to use more moisture depending on your taste.

  3. Bake in 350* oven til golden brown on top
