Recipe Ingredients for Stuffing (Christmas Turkey or just as a side)

20 Nut Chestnuts
9 oz, 1 link Sausage, Italian, Sweet, Links
100 grams Parboiled Rice
550 grams Pork, Fresh, Ground, Cooked
28.3 grams Raisins
1/2 cup Tomato
0.33 stick Butter
1.5 small Onions

Recipe Directions for Stuffing (Christmas Turkey or just as a side)

  1. 1. Chop the onions, finely.

  2. 2. Melt the butter in a pan.

  3. 3. Add the onions and ground meat, cook.

  4. 4. Add the tomato sauce.

  5. 5. When the ground pork is cooked, add the sausage, finely chopped.

  6. 6. Scald the raisins with hot water; drain the water, then add the raisins to the cooking mix. Low or medium cooking temperatures. Then, chop the chestnuts and add them also.

  7. 7. If this is used as turkey stuffing, undercook the rice, add it to the mix, and use the lot to stuff the turkey. If it is used as a stand-alone meal, cook the rice properly, add to the mix, then raise the heat and stir for a while.

  8. Done.
