Makes 4 servings



Make with Pepperidge Farm bread stuffing or other bread crumbs. Add Tabasco to taste.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffing Burgers

1 lb ground beef
2 T mustard
2 T ketchup
1 T soy sauce
1 t chili powder
1 t garlic salt
1 T Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c bread crumb

Recipe Directions for Stuffing Burgers

  1. Put all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with fingers until well mixed.

  2. Patty up into 4 thick burgers.

  3. Spray a large non-stick skillet with cooking spray, and heat over medium-high heat.

  4. Add all 4 burgers and cook 5 minutes, rotating patties to cook evenly.

  5. Turn all burgers, lower heat to medium or medium-low, cover, and cook 5 minutes more until burgers are done through but still juicy.

  6. Drain on paper towels and serve with side dishes.
