Zucchini stuffed with ground turkey and rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Zucchini

1 large Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
0.25 cup, chopped Onions
1 pat (1" sq, 1/3" high) Butter
8 oz Ground Turkey Breast, 99% Fat-free
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Zucchini

  1. Cook rice as directed. Add pat of butter when done.

  2. Slice zucchini in half lengthwise, clean out seeds. Set aside. In bowl, mix rice, turkey, onion, Worcestershire. Spoon onto hollowed out zucchini.Bake 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until zucchini is tender and turkey is cooked. Sprinkle parmesian cheese, return to oven 5 minutes for cheese to melt. Enjoy
