Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Zucchini

1/4 cup fresh italian parsley
1 large egg
10 3/4 ounce Campbell's Healthy Request Tomato
3 cloves garlic
1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup grated 100% Parmesan
1 pound 90% lean ground beef
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
19 ounces zucchini
4 large banana peppers
5 ounces water

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Zucchini

  1. mix & stuff peppers - use 3 tablespoons soup in meat mix

  2. grease oblong pan and arranged stuffed zucchini & peppers cover w/ soup, scooped zucchini & water

  3. bake 45 minutes @ 400
