Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Yellow Peppers

4 yellow bell peppers, medium
1/3 lb ground beef
1 tsp garlic salt
1 tsp red pepper
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 cup onion, diced fine

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Yellow Peppers

  1. Use lean ground beef! Brown in pan with garlic salt, red pepper, italian seasoning.

  2. Hollow out 4 yellow peppers, de-seed, stuff with ground beef.

  3. Bake in oven at 350, for 35-40 minutes. sounds like alot, i know.

  4. Options are to add your own seasoning like worcestershire sauce, white-wine worcestershire sauce (recommended), crushed garlic, shredded cheese, etc. onions are optional.
