Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Veggie Bell Peppers

1 medium raw Tomato Roma
1 cup Organic Vegetable Broth
0.3 cup, sliced Onions
1 serving Paprika Smoked
0.5 tsp, ground Basil, Dried
2 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
2 cup Rice, White, Long-grain, Regular, Cooked
1/2 cup Diced with Zesty Mild Green Chilies
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Chili Powder
6 medium raw Bell Pepper Green

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Veggie Bell Peppers

  1. 1. Cook onion in non-stick pan, mix spices with broth. Combine everything together in pot or rice cooker. Heat thoroughly, than cool completely

  2. 2. Cut off the tops of the bell pepper, clean out all the seeds. Stuff peppers. Shred Cheese.

  3. 3. Bake covered at 400 for 45 minuets, remove cover top with cheese continue baking until cheese is melted.
