Turkey Burger stuffed with fetta cheese and baked fries

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Turkey Burger & Baked Fries

4 oz. Turkey
5 oz potato
2/3 cup spinach
1 tbs diced onions
1 roll Sandwich Rounds
1 tsp cumin
2 tsp chilli powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz herbed feta with tomato & basil
1 Olive Oil Spray

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Turkey Burger & Baked Fries

  1. Preheat Oven 400 degrees. Lightly spray baking pan with olive oil.

  2. Wash Potatoes and slice into small wedges.

  3. Mix cumin, chilli powder & garlic powder and sprinkle over potatoes. Place in oven and bake for 20 - 30 minutes to desired crispiness.

  4. Stuffed Turkey Burger

  5. Divide turkey into two equal size rounds. Sprinkle feta cheese on one patty and cover with second patty. Seal the edges. Sprinkle both sides with Mrs Dash Garlic Herb blend.

  6. Place 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil in skillet cook on medium heat until done.
