Cherry tomatoes filled with a cream cheese, avocado and basil pesto filling.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Tomatoes

30 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
2 oz Cream Cheese
2 tbsp Basil Pesto
0.5 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Tomatoes

  1. Cut a small amount off of the top of each tomato.

  2. Scoop out the insides using a small measuring spoon.

  3. Blend together the cream cheese, basil pesto, avocado, salt, and pepper.

  4. Place the filling in a plastic bag and snip of the tip to using as a piping bag.

  5. Pipe enough filling into each tomato to fill them.

  6. You may chill them slightly if preferred or serve them at room temperature.
