2 tbsp+chopped shallots
1 clove garlic
90 grams goat cheese
5 grams Italian bread crumbs
5 grams Parmesan cheese
1 medium+slices,+cooked+raw+product+packed+20/lb bacon

basically core tomatoes, mix everything else (saute bacon then shallots and garlic in the fat), and bake
