6 peppers 6 tomatoes 500g onion 4 cups rice 0.5 cups oil 500g lean mince

6 tomatoes
500 g onion
3 cups rice
1/2 cups oil
500 g beef mince

Recipe Directions for stuffed tomatoes and peppers

wash peppers and tomatoes. cut of slice off top with stem. remove filling from both. wash again. brown onion with oil in a pan. add mince and brown. mix rice with spices and other ingedients. mix well. fill tomateos and peppers. put slice on top of each. arrange in an oiled baking pan. bake in oven for 45 min moderate heat.
