Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed tomato

4 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 oz Feta Cheese
1 oz Breadcrumbs
100 grams Unico Sliced Black Olives
1/4 cup leaves, whole Basil, Fresh
1 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned

Recipe Directions for Stuffed tomato

  1. Slice off top of tomato and scoop out seeds.

  2. Seperate seeds and pulp, discard seeds.

  3. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stuff mixture in the hollowed out tomato.

  4. Bake at 350 degrees f / 180 degrees C / gas mark 4 for 15 minutes.
