Oven roasted stuffed tomato to serve with vegetables or rice

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Tomato

Tomatoes, Sun-dried
1 medium tomato Beefsteak Tomato
0.5 cup, crumbs Bread, White, Commercially Prepared
1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 1tsp Olive Oil
1 serving haloumi
1 serving VIGO BALSAMIC VINEGAR

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Tomato

Cut the top off the tomato and scoop out the inside. Chop this up if necessary and put into a bowl. Add the chopped sundried tomato, garlic, onion and breadcrumbs. Then add the salt, balsamic and olive oil to taste. Cut a couple of slices of Haloumi to place over the top and then if wished place the top of the tomato on the Haloumi. Put in the oven for around 30-40 minutes on a medium heat.
