Stuffed and steamed swiss chard. Great with a yogurt honey dill dip.

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed Swiss Chard

1 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
0.5 cup Steamed Jasmine Rice
2 oz Shrimp, Mixed Species
1/2 cup Stir Fry Mushrooms
4 tbsp chopped Onions
6.173 oz Chard, Swiss
2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.5 oz Traditional Basil Pesto
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green

Recipe Directions for Stuffed Swiss Chard

Put 12 swiss chard (leaves only) in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove and lie on cotton towel to dry. Stir fry diced onions, mushrooms, stems of swiss chard. Stir into chopped shrimp, pesto and steamed rice. Roll 1 Tbsp filling and 1 wedge of fresh tomato into the swiss chard leaves. Steam for 20 minutes.
