Baked stuffed yellow squash 1 stuffed shell is one serving

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed squash baked

5 yellow squash
12 ounces ground turkey (12 ounces)
1 egg
1/4 cup 1% milk (2 ounces)
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup bread crumbs
3 cups tomato sauce
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg

Recipe Directions for Stuffed squash baked

  1. boil squash

  2. cut in half and scoop out inner squash

  3. mix it with rest of ingredients

  4. stuff squash shells with ground turkey mixture

  5. cover with sauce and bake till done

  6. serving size is 1 stuffed shell (half squash)

  7. 2 servings of this dish is a good meal

  8. can be served with a side of salad, pasta, or rice
