Baked stuffed spaghetti squash vegetarian

Recipe Ingredients for Stuffed spaghetti squash

1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
0.75 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry
24 oz Tomatoes Whole Peeled
2 clove Garlic
2 oz Reduced Fat 4 Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese
6 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti

Recipe Directions for Stuffed spaghetti squash

  1. Bake Spaghetti Squash at 375 for 30 minutes or until tender

  2. While baking cook onions, celery, and garlic in a sauce pan until onions are tender and translucent

  3. Add tomatoes (crushed are better) and cook 5 minutes

  4. Add spices and fresh herbs to taste

  5. Scoop squash and combine with mixture

  6. Put back in squash boats and add cheese.

  7. Bake 10 minutes until cheese is melty and top with more fresh herbs
